At Birdwell, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your britches don't fit quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
